Family autumn holiday on Usedom: our new playroom in Ahlbeck

From October, Villa Steigel will offer a new place for shared family time: our playroom for the autumn holidays on Usedom. Between a day at the beach and dinner, children can keep themselves busy here—without a fixed programme and without registration. You can find all the key information at a glance here.

What to expect in the playroom

In the basement of Villa Steigel, you will find two interconnected rooms. The playroom offers a cosy play corner for the little ones, as well as an arts and crafts area for the older children. For a quick drink in between, a small kitchen is available, and there is also a private bathroom.

When and where to find the playroom

Opening hours

The playroom is open daily during the autumn holidays from 11 AM to 6 PM, from October 12 to 31. No registration is required—you can come and go whenever it suits your family.

Location

You will find the playroom in the basement of Villa Steigel at Karlstraße 2, 17419 Seebad Ahlbeck. Access is via your access card or conveniently via your digital travel companion.

Who is the playroom for?

The playroom is open to all OSTKÜSTE guests, regardless of which villa you are staying in. There is no age limit: we provide toys for children aged 0 to 17. Whether it’s a quick visit between the beach and dinner or a whole afternoon with paintbrush and paper—you decide how much time you spend here.

Shared time instead of childcare: togetherness in the playroom

The playroom is a place for playing together, not a childcare service. Your children must remain with you throughout your visit; dropping them off is not possible. That is precisely what makes it so charming: you can enjoy relaxed family time here, without a fixed programme and without time pressure.
