Important information about your apartment reservations: There is no statutory right of cancellation for accommodation bookings. If you would like to change or cancel an existing reservation for one of our apartments, please use the following options:

  • Direct bookings: Did you book your stay directly via our website or our reservations team? Please email us your cancellation request or contact us by phone. The cancellation deadlines agreed at the time of booking apply.

  • Booking portals: If you booked your stay via an external portal such as Booking.com or Airbnb, please cancel directly in the respective portal.
