The Villa Staudt, with its tower and red tiled roof, shapes the image of Heringsdorf. Emperor Wilhelm II once stopped here for tea. Today, the lovingly renovated Villa Staudt stands in the first row on the promenade and is part of the listed spa architecture. Villa Staudt offers spacious living, whether in a loft, a maisonette apartment, or apartments with two bedrooms – from the 38 m² loft to the Ostküsten Palais with 132 m². You can choose your view of the Baltic Sea according to your taste: balcony (Nos. 6, 7, 8, 12), French balcony (No. 11), or terrace (No. 15). The Villa Albatros was the first house in our history. Two lofts offer a balcony and sea view: No. 5 with 43 m² for two people and No. 6 with 63 m² for up to three people.

Sea view has many faces. Therefore, we distinguish:

• Sea View: The sea is visible from the living area or balcony.
• Partial Side Sea View: The view falls diagonally onto the water, as in Villa Albatros Nos. 5 and 6.
• Partial Sea View: Depending on the season, the sea is only partially visible – in autumn and winter, the view is usually clear, while in spring and summer, trees partially obstruct the view.
