Nicht auf Sand gebaut, sondern auf die Erfahrung zweier Experten.

After their checkered past – from the war years through the GDR era to the present day – the villas have been extensively and lovingly renovated in recent years. Who’s responsible for this? Two internationally renowned architects from Berlin, who have already created architectural beacons all over the world.

As the responsible project architect, Ingo Pott designed and implemented the construction of the Reichstag dome and worked for Foster + Partners in Berlin and London on various projects as an associate in a managerial capacity for several years. Ingo Pott has received numerous awards and today runs his own architecture office Pott Architects in Berlin.

Among other things, Markus Bonauer has realized award-winning construction projects for SOM New York in Europe, Asia and the USA. In addition to his position as managing partner at BBPA Bonauer Bölling, he is a member of the Committee for Competitions and Awarding at the Berlin Chamber of Architects and an advisory member in numerous procedures for current construction projects.

During the spectacular refurbishment of the four villas, both architects contributed their international experience on the one hand, and on the other hand they raised the traditional resort architecture to the next level by preserving the old and combining it with new architectural ideas. The result is unique on the entire Baltic Sea coast – and cannot be put into conventional categories.
